Who we are

My name is Alex, and I’m the founder of Lisa’s Placement. I’m 33 years old, and I started this company out of a deep love for seniors and a desire to help families find the care and support they deserve.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with my cats, practicing magic tricks, or connecting with people—I’ve always loved making others smile. I’m also active in my church, where community and compassion are at the center of everything I do.

Bringing these passions together, Lisa’s Placement is more than just a business to me. It’s a way of serving families with empathy, joy, and dedication—values that guide both my personal life and my work.

Why are we called Lisa’s Placement?

I named my business Lisa’s Placement in honor of my grandmother, Lisa, on my father’s side. She is living with Alzheimer’s, and she has always been someone I love deeply. My desire to serve seniors comes from that love and from the impact she has had on my life.

When I think of her, I can still smell the quesadillas she made in her kitchen when I was ten years old. I can still hear the sound of the chihuahuas rushing to greet me at her door. Those simple, cherished memories remind me of the importance of family, comfort, and care.

Through Lisa’s Placement, I want to reflect that same love by helping other families find the right senior living solutions for their loved ones. For me, this is more than a business—it’s a way of honoring my grandmother and extending compassion to others walking the same journey. (The picture is my grandmother and grandfather).
